Le joyau de la r\u00e9gion de la Vall\u00e9e-de-la-Gatineau, nich\u00e9e au c\u0153ur des montagnes majestueuses, la pittoresque municipalit\u00e9 du Lac Sainte-Marie est devenue un lieu favori pour les vacanciers et les amateurs de plein air. Son histoire remonte \u00e0 1840, lorsque la r\u00e9gion a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte \u00e0 la colonisation, principalement des agriculteurs et des b\u00fbcherons. En 1928, \u00e0 la suite du d\u00e9veloppement du barrage hydro\u00e9lectrique de Paugan, le site du village d'origine a \u00e9t\u00e9 inond\u00e9 et tous ses habitants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relog\u00e9s. L'inondation a transform\u00e9 le lac qui a donn\u00e9 son nom au village en un lieu majestueux, tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des touristes, qui ont rapidement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 construire des chalets sur ses rives. Les principales attractions locales sont le Mont Ste-Marie, une destination populaire des golfeurs et des skieurs alpins (24 pistes)!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Alain Decelles est venu pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 Lac Ste-Marie en 2002, lors d'une courte visite avec son \u00e9pouse. Il est imm\u00e9diatement tomb\u00e9 amoureux de la r\u00e9gion et le couple a achet\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re propri\u00e9t\u00e9, le Chalet bleu, peu de temps apr\u00e8s. Chaque hiver, des groupes de skieurs s'enqu\u00e9raient d'un endroit suffisamment grand pour les accueillir tous, mais rien de tel n'existait dans la r\u00e9gion. \u00ab Un jour, j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le construire. C'est ainsi qu'est n\u00e9 le Resort Lac Ste-Marie \u00bb.<\/p>

L'incroyable propri\u00e9t\u00e9 au bord du lac appartenait \u00e0 M. Hubald Morin, qui a pass\u00e9 toute sa vie ici. Alain savait qu'il devait partager ce site paradisiaque avec autant de personnes qu'il le pouvait. Au lieu d'en faire une maison de famille somptueuse, il d\u00e9cida de construire un complexe spacieux. Il s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9truire les b\u00e2timents de la ferme du patrimoine, construits par le p\u00e8re de M. Morin. Ainsi, la grange de 4 500 pieds carr\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9e et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans un complexe de 3 \u00e9tages et 7 500 pieds carr\u00e9s, pouvant enfin accueillir de grands groupes de ski, des mariages et tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un moment inoubliable dans ce cadre unique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
