You have 7 days prior to arrival to pay the full balance. In addition, a fully-refundable security deposit of $300 will be required for all bookings. This amount will be returned to you upon check-out provided that no damage or loss of property has been assessed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Arrival &amp; Check-In. <\/strong>You can arrive on or after 16:00 unless we made other arrangements. We welcome all guests in person but require that you please call or text us when you&#8217;re 15-20 minutes away (driving from Ottawa, that&#8217;s when you&#8217;re passing the town of Low) in order to give us the time to arrive on site in time to welcome you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-Out &amp; Departure. <\/strong>You are expected to check-out by 11:00. Prior to departure, we will tour the resort and return your security deposit. Arrangements can be made with the owner for a late check out when possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Changes.<\/strong>\u00a0You are allowed to change the dates of your reservation one time until 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival day. This will be done free of charge unless the change involves an accommodation upgrade or a fare increase (change of season). Change requests made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival day will be honored on a case by case basis, dependent on space and availability. In all cases, no refunds (partial, pro-rated or otherwise) will be issued even if the change involves an accommodation downgrade or a fare decrease (changing from high to low season, for example).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refunds &amp; Cancellations.<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full refund for a cancellation made within 30 days prior of your arrival. If the cancellation is at least 7 days away, the 25% deposit of the total amount will be retained. No refunds for cancellation made within 7 days of check in. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>No-shows.<\/strong>\u00a0No refunds (partial, prorated or otherwise) will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. Failure to communicate or confirm your late arrival 24 hours after your scheduled arrival will forfeit your reservation and free the accommodations for other customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leasing &amp; Subletting.<\/strong> It is forbidden to lease, sub-lease and sublet the premises. Only direct bookings to customers as per the rental agreement (or online booking) will be honored.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Damage &amp; Lost Items.<\/strong>\u00a0The customer whose name appears on the reservation is deemed responsible for all and any damages to the property independent of where the damage occurred or what member of the party caused it. It is expected that the premises be left in the same condition as they were provided less any reasonable usage (part of reasonable housekeeping of a rental property). The cost of replacing lost, broken and damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Noise &amp; Loud Partying.<\/strong> Bien que les clients soient les bienvenus pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer leurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements, tous les groupes sont tenus de respecter \u00e0 tout moment la nature calme et agr\u00e9able des environs. Les bruits ext\u00e9rieurs excessifs ne seront tol\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 aucun moment, en particulier pendant les \u00abheures calmes\u00bb (telles que d\u00e9finies par les r\u00e8glements municipaux sur les nuisances) de 23h00 \u00e0 7h00. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, nous vous demandons de limiter le bruit ext\u00e9rieur au minimum. Veuillez noter que le b\u00e2timent du complexe h\u00f4telier a \u00e9t\u00e9 insonoris\u00e9 et que votre son restera \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur, \u00e0 condition de garder les portes et les fen\u00eatres ferm\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Cancellation of accommodations:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Full refund for a cancellation made by the Resort Lac Ste-Marie within 30 days prior to your arrival due to the unforeseen\u00a0 event that the accommodations are not available as previously agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Informations sp\u00e9ciales &#8211; <strong>Coronavirus\u00a0(COVID-19)<\/strong>: Pendant la p\u00e9riode du virus, le Resort Lac Ste-Marie reste ouvert et nous avons mis en place toutes les pr\u00e9cautions pour assurer la d\u00e9sinfection des lieux. Nous accueillons nos invit\u00e9s en personne et vous demandons de nous appeler ou de nous envoyer un message lorsque vous \u00eates \u00e0 15-20 minutes du complexe (en provenance d&#8217;Ottawa, au moment de passer par la ville de Low), afin que nous puissions \u00eatre sur place \u00e0 temps pour vous accueillir.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-out et d\u00e9part<\/strong>. Le d\u00e9part est pr\u00e9vu avant 11h00. Avant votre d\u00e9part, nous visiterons la station et vous rendrons votre d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie. Des dispositions peuvent \u00eatre prises avec le propri\u00e9taire pour un d\u00e9part tardif lorsque cela est possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modifications de r\u00e9servation<\/strong>. Vous \u00eates autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 modifier les dates de votre r\u00e9servation une fois jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 30 jours avant la date d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue. Cela se fera gratuitement, sauf si le changement implique un surclassement d&#8217;h\u00e9bergement ou une augmentation tarifaire (changement de saison). Les demandes de changement effectu\u00e9es moins de 30 jours avant le jour d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9vu seront honor\u00e9es au cas par cas, en fonction des disponibilit\u00e9s. Dans tous les cas, aucun remboursement (partiel, au prorata ou autre) ne sera effectu\u00e9, m\u00eame si le changement implique un d\u00e9classement d&#8217;h\u00e9bergement ou une baisse de tarif (passage de la haute \u00e0 la basse saison par exemple).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annulations et remboursements<\/strong>. Remboursement int\u00e9gral pour une annulation effectu\u00e9e dans les 30 jours avant votre arriv\u00e9e. Si l&#8217;annulation est \u00e0 au moins 7 jours avant l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e, l&#8217;acompte de 25% sera retenu. Aucun remboursement ne sera accord\u00e9 pour une annulation effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 moins de 7 jours de l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Absence de pr\u00e9sentation (no-show)<\/strong>. Aucun remboursement (partiel, au prorata ou autre) ne sera effectu\u00e9 pour les non-pr\u00e9sentations ou les arriv\u00e9es tardives. En l&#8217;absence de communication ou de confirmation d&#8217;une arriv\u00e9e tardive dans les 24 heures suivant votre arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue, votre r\u00e9servation sera annul\u00e9e et l&#8217;h\u00e9bergement lib\u00e9r\u00e9 pour d&#8217;autres clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location et sous-location<\/strong>. Il est strictement interdit de louer, sous-louer ou c\u00e9der la location \u00e0 un tiers. Seules les r\u00e9servations directes faites conform\u00e9ment au contrat de location (ou les r\u00e9servations en ligne) seront honor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dommages et objets perdus<\/strong>. Le client dont le nom figure sur la r\u00e9servation est responsable de tous les dommages caus\u00e9s \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, ind\u00e9pendamment du lieu o\u00f9 le dommage est survenu ou du membre de la partie qui l&#8217;a caus\u00e9. Le logement doit \u00eatre rendu dans le m\u00eame \u00e9tat que lors de l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e, \u00e0 l&#8217;exception d&#8217;une usure normale et raisonnable. Les frais de remplacement des objects perdus, cass\u00e9s ou endommag\u00e9s seront d\u00e9duits du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bruit et f\u00eates<\/strong>. Les clients sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer leurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements, mais tous les groupes sont tenus de respecter en tout temps la nature calme et agr\u00e9able de l&#8217;environnement. Le bruit excessif n&#8217;est pas tol\u00e9r\u00e9, en particulier pendant les \u00abp\u00e9riodes de calme\u00bb (d\u00e9finies par les r\u00e8glements municipaux) de 23h00 \u00e0 7h00. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, nous vous demandons de minimiser les bruits ext\u00e9rieurs.
